Shipping Policy
We ship to the Balearic Islands, mainland Spain, the Canary Islands, and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.
You must enter your delivery address when placing your order in order to obtain the shipping cost, which will be added to the price of the items in your shopping cart. Shipping rates are as follows:
- Store collection: €0
- Mallorca: €6
- Balearic Islands: €10
- Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands: €10
- Europe: €20
If you choose to collect your order from our store, no shipping charge will apply. However, you must pay for your order by credit and/or debit card. We will reserve your products in our store, and you may collect them from the following address:

Cancellation / Returns Policy
You may return a product within 15 days of receiving your parcel. Once we have received the returned product (at the address indicated below), we will issue you with a voucher for the value of the product. This voucher may be used within the following three months to purchase any of our products. The voucher will be sent to the email address associated with your registered account at atleticobaleares.com. Under no circumstances will the purchase price or shipping costs be refunded.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original tags attached. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before your refund is processed.
Processing your refund may take up to 14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process has been completed. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised items cannot be returned. A refund will only be accepted if the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged. Once any product has been personalised, we accept no liability whatsoever.
Products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned (for example, underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons), or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, cannot be returned.
