Once we have received the returned product (at the address indicated below), we will issue you with a voucher for the value of the product. This voucher may be used within the following three months to purchase any of our products. The voucher will be sent to the email address associated with your registered account at atleticobaleares.com. Under no circumstances will the purchase price or shipping costs be refunded.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original tags attached. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before your refund is processed.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Processing your refund may take up to 14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process has been completed. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personalised items cannot be returned. A refund will only be accepted if the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged.
